Water: High watering needs, once or twice a week. Keep soil evenly moist, water when top couple inches of soil are dry.

Soil: Rich, well-drained soil with lots of plant matter, pH range 5.5-7.5

Season(s) of Interest: In regions where the plant thrives year-round, small, tubular, cone-shaped blue flowers bloom in fall or winter.
