Faroes, Svalbard, most of Europe, parts of Siberia, northern Pakistan, the
western Himalayas, and Tibet. The spicata half is native to Albania, Altay,

beds and borders, edging, patio and containers as a "filler." Cottage,
informal, or small gardens. Salt tolerant. Deer-resistant. Attracts
